My approach follows a Dual Track Agile methodology that balances continuous discovery with efficient delivery. As a Senior Product Designer, I work across both tracks simultaneously—ensuring we're building the right thing while building it right. This methodology allows teams to de-risk product decisions through validated learning while maintaining development momentum.
The Discovery track focuses on understanding users, defining problems, and validating solutions before committing to development. The Delivery track transforms those validated insights into production-ready features. This dual approach ensures we're not just shipping fast, but shipping the right solutions that create real value for users and the business.
Empathize
Deep user interviews and observation to understand real needs and pain points.
Define
Synthesize insights into clear problem statements and opportunity areas.
Ideate
Generate diverse solutions through structured brainstorming and creative exercises.
Decide
Evaluate and prioritize ideas to select the most promising solutions to move forward.
Prototype
Build quick, testable versions to explore and validate concepts rapidly.
Test
Gather feedback and iterate based on real user interactions and data.
Build
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design integrity, create detailed specifications, and maintain design quality throughout development.
Deploy
Support launch strategy with user onboarding flows, feature announcements, and ensure the user experience translates seamlessly to production.
Measure
Analyze user behavior data, gather qualitative feedback, and identify design opportunities to inform the next discovery cycle.
